Inspired from Mallika Badrinath's recipe, this is an all time favourite with dosai.
Serves - 4
Ingredients
Onions - 3 (medium) - chopped
Garlic - 2 pods - chopped (optional)
Green chilly - 1 - Chopped
Tomatoes - 6 (medium) - chopped
To grind together
Coconut - half of small coconut
Red chillies - 2 (add if u like very spicy)
Dhania seeds - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Corinder
Method
1. Heat Oil. Add onions, garlic, green chilly
2. Once onions are brown, add tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
3. Add the ground paste, salt and water (if needed)
4. Boil till raw smell is off.
5. Garnish with coriander
